Awww....there's no sweeter thing than a sleeping baby. And how does he even sleep thru his mama's workout with the music going and the grunting sounds? It's truly an amazing thing to witness that I just had to take a pic.
This totally reminds me of what I went thru trying to get my body back after having my last baby. I would drag Austin to the YMCA in Minot, ND and tote Savannah along so I could workout for just an hour. It took SO much energy and effort just to get out of the house. By the time I got to the Y, I was already sweating. HAHA
It's amazing how much work it is to get out of the house with 2 little ones. I can't even imagine having anymore than that. The point is....I DID IT! I wanted it so bad I was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen.
How did I make it happen?
👉I had to make a workout plan the night before
👉I had to pack my food after the kids went to bed
👉I had to get my sleep
👉I had to pack the kids snacks and diaper bag
👉I had to schedule the daycare the day before
👉I had to make sure everything was in place in order to have success for that workout
As you can see, it takes a TON of work JUST to WORKout!
The question is: how bad do YOU want it?
