Got octopus?


Ok, not gonna lie...this was a first for me! Shout out to Ox Pasture in Red Lodge for getting this right! It was so pretty and so tasty that I wasn't quite sure what I was eating. Maybe it's better if you don't know?


Anyway, they grilled it, (not too long) and drizzled olive oil over it with some homemade pesto, topped it with fresh cucumbers, radish, cherry tomatoes, and arugula with a squeeze of lemon. VIOLA! So tasty.
