Hiking is just one of the easiest ways to get outside. You can go at your own pace, you can stop and take breaks, you can even pack a picnic and make it an event. Make sure you have really good tough soled hiking shoes, and walking sticks are AMAZING ways to get the support and burn even more calories. Always bring water, ping where you're starting point is so you don't get lost and bring pepper spray!
