Own your power!

Before I first started my health journey, I looked to others to define me. I really didn't know who I was or what I stood for.
In high school, it was so easy. I lived at home, had someone to cook for me, provide a roof over my head, give me money, follow a routine and not have too much to worry about.
After that---when I was on my own going to college, I kind of lost track of who I was. I had all this new found freedom but didn't feel like I had direction. So I partied, gained weight, studied and just did what I thought I was supposed to do---get a college education.
Well, I graduated with a BS in Communication (how fitting, right?) But what was I supposed to do with that? Still no direction---so I relied on others to guide me.
