#selfie Hey everyone I wanted to #share this 1 year transformation picture.

This is exactly one year ago today in the same location. It was a 2 mile hike up the mountain to where this pic was taken. Not only is there is a physical difference but I walked the same trail 15 minutes faster than I did a year ago.

Perseverance and positive self worth can make a huge difference in helping you reach your goals.  Looking forward to what my next year has in store for me holds.
