Tuesday tips


Life is too short my friends! It's too short NOT to love yourself. We get so caught up in the hustle and bustle of life that we forget what's MOST important---ourselves. We take care of everyone else, we keep ourselves busy doing, doing, doing everything for everyone else and we forget about ourselves. Why do we do it? Are we setting a good example? Who are we trying to impress? What do we gain from all of it? Exhaustion? That's no good.....

So what can we do? Check out these 4 easy little reminders:


>Laugh hard--laughter is a great abdominal workout


>Sleep--sleeping is great body repair


>Hydrate--drink water, it is life giving


>LOVE--show yourself some love and grace it's life changing
