Happy December!

Who's loving this amazing weather? MEEEE!! 🙋🏽‍♀️ Not gonna lie!

So, how was your Thanksgiving? Mine was FANTASTIC! We went to Florida for 10 days and stayed in a VRBO with ALL of our kids and grandson! It was so nice hanging out in shorts, going to the beach, playing pickleball and just chillaxing!

Speaking of relaxing.... this month will be ANYTHING but relaxing. What will YOU do to take time out for you? Self care is going to be essential when under stress. Here are some things to help you remember YOU:

1) SLEEP - get your zzz's. Don't short yourself on those.

2) WATER - drink 1/2 your body weight in water daily!

3) MOVE - even if you get outside and go for a walk, you are moving.

4) EAT - nutritious foods, limit sugar and alcohol

5) MEDITATE - get some alone time to get out of your head and into your body!

Simple right? HA! It should be, but why isn't it? UGHHHHH! Keep a journal if you need to in order to track your 5 must do's. help you out--join my free online foam rolling program!
