One of the things I share with my peeps is: BE PROUD OF THAT SWEAT and post it!


Sometimes we just need that validation and PROOF that we done good manny. So, posting a sweatie selfie does just that. It shows that we worked and we earned that sweat. Why not share it. Sweatie selfies are INSPIRING and fun. So--here's your chance to post yours!

45 seconds of work, 15 second rest after each exercise repeat grouping 3X
