So, a while back I shared that I tried some home made Kombucha and just LOVED it! 🥰
🤗Well, THIS week I'm excited to share that I'm making my OWN!
Honestly, eating/drinking fermented foods is SO healthy for our bodies, but I just couldn't fall in love with Kombucha. Some of the amazing benefits of course include:
> better digestion and absorption
> synthesis and availability of nutrients
> increased IMMUNE function
> breaking down of phytic acid
> better mood and behavior
I've tried SO many different brands and different flavors and just didn't love any of them. I can't wait to dive into this new endeavor. I love trying new things and being my own guinea pig. So, stay tuned for the flavors I make.
