Why don't we listen

to our intuition? It should be fairly simple enough right? We're receiving messages and signs all the time, but why don't we listen?

📖 We are learning...

It's that simple. We are learning how to trust, what we are receiving and act upon it. Why can't we just trust it and act upon it then?

👇🏼 Here are a few reasons I've come up with:

we've been programmed to NOT trust our intuition

we've forgotten how to connect to our body

we've lost our sovereignty

we've been persecuted in past lives

we've fallen into people pleasing

we've got energetic blocks, trauma, self-limiting belief systems and trapped emotions

It's time to RECONNECT and start listening again. The Aquarian age is here! It's time to reclaim our sovereignty and connect to our body. That 'gut instinct' is what I'm talking about, listen to it. It's not what our brain is telling us, it's what our body is telling us.

Here are some ways that work for me. I would LOVE to hear what works for you! Please feel free to share...

Meditate - it's in the stillness, the quiet and the calm that we can receive messages from our body and our higher self.

Get out in nature - walk, run, hike, breathe in the fresh air. Feel the air come into your body, listen to mother nature and the animals, feel the wind on your skin.

ASK - your guides for help and then look for the signs. The answers may come in the form an oracle card draw, a beautiful crystal, a repeating number or even a feather.

Trust - that 'feeling' when you know something is just off- or on- and then act on it. Action affirms that you are trusting your gut, then you'll receive more information regularly.

Journal - writing down dreams, thoughts, feelings are a way of talking to your subconscious mind.

Harness this New Moon in Aquarius energy to reclaim your sovereignty and reconnect to your body--and listen to your intuition!

We welcome the New Moon in Aquarius on January 29th at 5:35 am. Aquarian energy is all about humanitarianism, community, innovation and technology. This is a GREAT time to gather in community, launch that project, and be of service to the collective. We are invited to plant the seeds of intentions that we want to see come to fruition during the next 6 months when the full moon in Aquarius arrives.

Aquarius rules the calf, the ankle, the shin and the Achilles. Ask: what is my Achilles heel I need to release? Write it down and bury or burn it. Such a great time to release what no longer serves and invite in what does.

Ritual ideas:

✨Create a crystal grid with any crystals you have in a way that speaks to you.

✨Write your intentions down and place in the crystal grid.

✨Drink some ceremonial cacao or any tea that speaks to you.

✨Meditate on your intentions as you drink your warm concoction.

✨Draw an oracle card or tarot card while inviting in your guides for assistance.

✨Give thanks and gratitude for your life journey.

Happy birthday to my brave daughter. The one that makes me laugh till I cry, the one that makes me want to say "shut the f up", the one that I stand in awe of (most of the time), 😁 the one that I aspire to be when I grow up! She's my peanut butter, she's my daughter and now she's a mother. There's nothing like watching your babies, have babies. Happy 30th my dear sunshine... you'll never know dear, how much I love you!!

It truly was a year of abundance for the Swingle family. In fact, it was SUCH an abundant year, that 'we' did not send out Christmas cards to share the abundant news of our growing family. Instead....I thought this little blog would just have to suffice.

If you've been following along my journey, this may be old news--but if not--ENJOY! 2024 proved to be a crazy year with an abundance of babies! We went from 1 grandbaby to 4, in a span of 6 weeks. We now have a two grandsons (one is 3 and one is 4 months old), as well as two 4 month old granddaughters. WHEW! P.S. and we're still alive! Why do I say that? Because we did a LOT of traveling this summer to help with the babies, Tim got a new hip (abundant health), we hosted Thanksgiving as well as Christmas.

Having a blended family has SO many blessings, but they do not come without stress, strife and struggle. Trying to navigate visiting 4 grown kids geographically brings its own challenges. Tim's son (who added a baby girl to the mix) lives in Cincinnati, OH. My daughter (who had a baby boy), lives in Coral Springs, FL and my son (who had a baby girl), just moved to Minot, ND. Lastly, Tim's daughter (who has no children) lives the closest--in Missoula. Talk about moving and shaking to see everyone.

Why do I share this craziness? Well, long story short---astrologically speaking---(you knew this was gonna show up somewhere, right?) Jupiter (the planet of abundance and expansion) has been transiting my 5th house, which is all about creation, expression and KIDS! I'm serious! You can't make this up. Luckily, it moves out of my 5th house in January! Thank goodness, cuz this Mimi is TIRED!!

So when I say...it's been a year of abundance...it truly has and I feel so VERY blessed!

P.S. Jupiter in my natal chart is in my 5th house as well! #CMTSU (can't make this sh!t up)

Full Moon in Gemini

Can I just say....WHOA Nelly! Hold on tight because we're going for a ride! Does it seem like time is flying by faster than normal or is it just me?

♊ This Full Moon in Gemini on 12/15 is not going to be the exception. Gemini, an air sign, is ruled by the planet Mercury, which is all about communication, thinking and thought processes. The Full Moon tends to illuminate what we need to release that no longer serves us. It shines a light on truth. We are all being called to look at our personal belief systems, what we believe to be true, and connect in to a higher truth. Investigate, ask questions, believe nothing, entertain all possibilities. Could it be that the story we are telling ourselves is NOT based on truth, but on a belief system installed during childhood?

Let's look deeper...if you've noticed a shift in the time, or your energy, or are experiencing overwhelm, you're feeling the energy of Gemini. Gemini is a mutable air sign. The energy surrounding it can feel unstable, quick moving and just plain EXCITABLE. Plus---TIS the season. Throw that in there and you have a WHIRLWIND of energy!

What to do?

1) Ground daily! If you can't get outside, envision roots coming out of your feet, going down through all the layers of mother earth and wrap those roots around her unconditional love.

2) Meditate! Get out of your head and into your heart space. Disconnect from mainstream news, social media, your phone and connect to your heart through your breath.

3) Journal! Watch your words. Put them in a safe place by journaling to your best friend--YOU! It's a time to be MINDFUL about what you say and how you say it.

4) Show gratitude daily! Every morning and evening write down 3 things you are grateful for. Giving thanks brings more things into your life to be grateful for.

5) Moon water! This is a great time to place some filtered water under the Full Moon's energy and sip on it daily until the next full moon! Don't forget to put your intention into the water.

✨ As always--don't forget to write down what you want to release and then write out your intention for what you want to manifest.

FULL MOON IN TAURUS ♉

On Friday November 15, we will have another Super full moon in Taurus at 2:29 pm MST. This will be the 4th super full moon in a row--which just means that the moon is very close to the earth in it's orbit, so it has a greater pull on the tectonic plates as well as on our psyche's. As Friday draws near, we will be feeling the intensity of the pull!

Full moons are always a great time to release what no longer serves and depending on where the full moon falls in our charts, it can highlight what area of life it will play out in. It's like shining a bright light on what we haven't known before to encourage us to change or modify our direction moving forward. This may be a time when secrets are being revealed because the sun is opposite the moon in Scorpio not only collectively, but also individually.

This full moon falling at 24 degrees is also conjunct to the Jupiter, Uranus (highest spiritual planets) conjunction which emphasizes even more the theme of truth being revealed.

Because Taurus rules the neck, vocal cords, throat, and thyroid gland, it's a great time to check in with yourself and ask:

💥Where do I overshare?

💥How do I manipulate and try to control?

💥What do I value most of all?

When we focus on self and heal within, we heal the collective. I love how it works this way!

Aries - the first sign of the Zodiac says I AM! ♈ The energy surrounding Aries does not waiver. It knows how to stand in its power and show the world that it knows who it is...'the warrior,' and what better planet than Mars as the natural ruler of Aries.

This full moon on Wednesday 10/17, invites us to stay true to ourselves, be forthright and stand tall in our power. Since Mars energy is initiating energy and full of fire, this is a good time to start that new project or apply for that job, or a myriad of other things we've been putting off. It's time to take advantage of this amazing constructive energy to dive in to the I AM-ness of who we are at the core.

Because Aries rules the head, teeth, tongue and arteries, we are called to check in to see where we might be acting as a 'hot head', or speaking with a sharp tongue, or even observing what makes our blood boil. Allow Mars to awaken our senses by connecting to our Solar Plexus Chakra. Think about bringing in love and releasing fear.

Ceremonial ideas:

1) Pull in the fire element by candle gazing, getting outside in the sun and/or WORKING OUT! Seriously, get the fire burning by doing a Tabata or H.I.I.T. workout!

2) Make a list of all the things you may be afraid of losing, afraid of doing, afraid of knowing. BURN that list in a fire safe container. Watch the list go up in smoke to the universe.

3) Make a list of all the things you want to manifest with faith and love that they will come to you as if they are already here.

4) Make moon water. Place fresh, clean water in a glass container under the energies of the full moon and speak your intentions into it, or place your written intentions under your container. Sip on the water throughout the lunar cycle, or whenever you need a pick me up.

5) Seal the deal with some hot cacao or tea also infused with your intentions! Give thanks and gratitude by putting the manifestation list on your altar.

Sometimes energy flows easily and then some days it just doesn't. These are the days you might want to take a moment, breathe, assess--ask questions...."what am I learning through this experience?" These moments may be teachable moments that you don't want to miss. These are the moments that are HARD!

Saturn, rules Capricorn and is our 'teacher'. We can sometimes experience feelings of restriction or constriction. We may feel like we want to break out of our same old, same old workout routine, or we may feel bored of eating "HEALTHY" all the time. These feelings are Saturn at work.

Saturn rules the root chakra (I am). The root chakra represents safety and security. Saturn asks us: Are you going to grow up, or stay small and safe? When we want to throw a temper tantrum, Saturn is at work....feel into that to see what area of your life this applies to.

🤔Are you experiencing issues with your legs, bones, muscles, teeth, hair, physical weakness, joint pain, arthritis, gastric problems? Saturn rules over all of these body parts. Saturn may be teaching you something which is manifesting physically in your body.

You know how they say: "you gotta feel it to heal it?"

Well, I'M feeling it alright!

There's no doubt you've probably heard all about the solar flares the earth has been experiencing in record number lately right? But did you know you are probably FEELING the effects of them without even realizing it?

👉🏽 Here are just a few of the symptoms from the immense energy these flares are giving off:

Tooth or jaw pain
Dry eyes, blurry vision
Lack of appetite (stomach flu, digestion issues)
Feeling hot or cold randomly
Seeing grids or patterns of movement
Reliving old memories
Pains from past traumas come up
Dry mouth, headaches, sore throat, rashes, itchiness, allergies
Neck and back pain
Irritability

What can we do to counteract these symptoms?

🔥Hydrate

🔥 Eat an alkaline diet (foods that calm the nervous system like licorice, fennel, Turmeric)

🔥Take Vitamin D

🔥Rest, meditate and ground

One of the greatest rewards a Reiki practitioner can receive is having a client fall asleep on their table while the Reiki healing energy does its work. It's a joy to observe how differently people respond to the energy--especially ones who are new to energy work. Some people who are very sensitive to energy can actually feel it moving through their bodies, while others feel nothing. The beautiful thing about Reiki, is that it is a gentle, loving energy that works without judgement. It doesn't matter if the person receiving it is a believer, or a non-believer, can feel energy or not. The common theme after every session however, is always the same....the person leaves feeling at peace, more calm and relaxed.

Shawna received her first Reiki energy healing session, and this is what she had to say about it:

When Anneliese asked me to be part of my recovery team I had no idea what she was talking about. This time around I was doing it all by the book and not doing anything to jeopardize my healing. So I ignored her request and put it out of my mind. I show up for my training session and of course in true Anneliese fashion, she reminded me. I explained that there wasn't any weight bearing that I could do so I figured we were done when I headed out for surgery. She explained there was so much that could be done without ever actually working out. She started talking about spiritual healing. calm for sure. She read me a bit of what my spiritual guide had to say and it did resonate. Am I a believer??? Not yet but I can for sure say my interest is piqued.

I love her raw honesty! I get it, it's hard to believe in something we can't see, or feel, I wasn't much different. But one thing I think we can all agree on (or maybe not all), is that there is something much bigger than us. What if---just for a moment, we truly believed that being open to the possibility that this 'something much bigger' could actually heal us because we were open to it....what if?!

That's all it takes, is simply sitting with that possibility for JUST a moment. If you believe your body can heal itself (sometimes with a little help), then you're right--it can!!

SHAWNA'S JOURNEY... PART 3

So it's now 5 weeks post op and Shawna went back to work in the office after 2 weeks. She's still completely non-weight bearing and gets around on a little scooter. She has a screw in her heel, 3 screws crossing the top of her foot and four staples on the sides. The great news is that Shawna can wiggle her toes, and flex her foot slightly.

She had her first doc appointment to see how the healing is going. All signs are looking good and for the first time Shawna has hope!! 🙏🏼 Now the real healing begins....

For Shawna's first Body Consciousness session, we started by releasing trapped emotions in her foot and in her body. Her body was ready to release her trapped emotions. Bodies are amazing in the sense that when they are done doing the releasing--they let us know.

We then moved into changing some deep rooted belief systems. Belief systems sometimes reside so deep in our subconscious mind, we don't even know they are there until we ask. When they are ready to be changed, all we have to do is surrender, trust the process and let Creator do the work.

After we finished the session, Shawna shared that she felt tingling in her head and a little bit loopy. This is totally normal and what energy can feel like. We then grounded ourselves and concluded the session with an energy break.

Next session, we'll do an energy Reiki healing. Stay tuned....

SHAWNA'S JOURNEY PART TWO...

Shawna's extensive foot surgery was a SUCCESS!! Her surgery went 6 hours long. It was a bit more involved then the doctors thought it would be. They could not fix everything and there may still be a deformity of her foot, but they are hopeful it will heal and she will be able to use it pain free. This surgery is her final attempt to heal her foot once and for all, as the doctors told her they didn't think it could withstand another surgery! 😬

Shawna will be in a cast for 6 weeks and won't be able to put any weight on that foot the entire time. So, she's working remotely and uses a scooter to get around or she just crawls everywhere. (Good thing we got her upper body nice and strong to haul her bodyweight around). 😃

Now the real work begins...the inner work. Stay tuned for more on her emotional and spiritual healing journey. The journey into the subconscious and what gold nuggets it holds there for her inner healing...

Whoa...rodeo! Hold on to your hats, we're going for a ride!

THIS is a once in a lifetime (for some of us) experience. People from all over the United States are traveling south to get a glimpse of this spectacle. The energies are all about initiating, starting something, beginnings and planting seeds.

Questions to contemplate:

What do I want to plant, grow, or manifest in my life?

How am I showing up and taking action in my life?

Where do I need to be more authentic in my life?

Take advantage of the energies presented by the Solar Eclipse and the New Moon. Don't take anything too seriously, laugh instead of argue. Surrender instead of fight and hold space by taking the higher road in any conflict or triggers you might be experiencing and know....

That this too shall pass!

Meet Shawna....

Follow her journey back to health as we incorporate the healing modalities of Corrective Exercise, Reiki, ThetaHealing and Astrology. 🔮

Shawna came to me in December of 2023, barely able to walk, in quite a bit of foot pain and wanting to look in the mirror and be happy with what she saw. Although she had recently lost 70 pounds, when she looked in the mirror she still saw a fat girl that no one wanted to love. Because she had been walking around on a foot with a broken metal plate and floating screws, it made it difficult to move. She was slowly gaining her weight back which reinforced her feelings of what she saw in the mirror.

We started weight training, tweaking her nutrition and went to work on her mindset. This was all in preparation for her THIRD foot surgery after a misdiagnosed ankle sprain that turned into two botched foot surgeries. 🤬 With a lot of blood, sweat and tears, mentally, physically and emotionally, she stopped the creep and went into surgery at her ideal weight.

👣 Our feet are the foundation in which we build our life on. Astrologically speaking, feet are ruled by the zodiac sign of Pisces and feet problems are ruled by the planet Saturn. In looking at Shawna's astrological natal birth chart, Saturn will be the focus for her recovery spiritually, along with the corrective rehab we'll be doing physically.

I asked Shawna what her ultimate goals were and I quote:

I want to look in the mirror and see me, and not need someone else's approval. I want to journey back to me, the me I was never introduced to.

Happy FULL MOON/ ECLIPSE in Libra ♎️
My oh my .... are you feeling the energies?? I sure am and yes, they are intense.

Blah, blah, blah.....what does it all mean in laywoman's terms?

This eclipse in Libra, is a revisiting of what happened for us 19 years ago. It's all about relationships--endings and beginnings. As for me, I was going through a divorce which forced me to make some career changes. And now, once again, I'm making some career changes (no divorce--so that's good). It's just so cool to see how this really is a thing.

I'm observing me stepping out of my Personal Trainer role and into my Metaphysical Trainer role. All along, I had no idea where my desire to learn about Astrology came from; my desire to become a Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master, and Theta Healer... until now. Step by step, I was being guided the whole way to this very moment in time, so I could 'see' what exactly I was meant to do.

Observing my transition in life/career, with 3 grandbabies on the way and my desire to be with them physically (geographically) and wondering how that was going to happen has been quite a journey of true surrender. As I write this, I sit in awe of the divine timing with such deep gratitude for it all, with tears streaming down my face. 🥹

I can't believe it, but in 5 months I will have my Mystic Astrologer certification which will allow me to be either online or in person helping heal the masses, incorporating my new tools along with my old ones. I can't wait to STEP in to this new beginning 100%.

CHANGE is never easy, but it's the one constant we can always rely on. Right now, I am still in both worlds. I still love what I do, I always will....but I see SO much more potential and healing to be done! So, want to know more about the metaphysical? Have I peaked your interest? HA!

WHOA! There are some pretty amazing sky events coming our way that will impact ALL of us on levels we can't even imagine...but, IF you are going through any type of relationship issues right now, YOU ARE FEELING IT already! These relationship issues can range from relationships in your career, in your family, friends, and/or significant others. As they say...you gotta "feel it, to heal it".

On March 20, we enter into the Spring Equinox in Aries. ♈Aries is all about the ME, the 1st house on the Zodical wheel. Aries starts the Zodiacal year and represents new beginnings. Just like Spring is beginning, while Winter is ending. We're saying goodbye to winter (the old and outdated, and saying hello to spring, the new and improved).

Then on March 25 we have a FULL Moon in Libra ♎ and also, a Lunar eclipse in Libra ♎. Libra is all about relationship - it represents the WE, the 7th house on the Zodical wheel. We are being asked to let go of the RELATIONSHIPS that no longer serve us to make room for ones that do. WOWOWOW! These energies are SOOOO big, that the world is experiencing it one way or another and so are we individually!

But did you sweat?

💪🏽 So, you worked out! Great job, you made the effort, you showed up, you finished and you survived....but did you sweat?

🤔 How many workouts do you go through trying NOT to sweat? A few? Some? Too many?

🤯 Turns out SWEAT is your friend. Argh....that might be hard to hear, but it's true. Sweating is one of your body's way of eliminating toxins, heavy metals and plastics. Sweat cools your body temperature down. Sweat is also an indicator of hydration or DEHYDRATION. If you're not sweating, chances are you may not be elevating your heart rate high enough to receive the cardiovascular benefits of exercise.

🥰 I'm hoping this reframes your thoughts about sweat as being a GOOD thing and a GREAT friend. So, if you're going to put in the effort to exercise, you might as well get all the benefits of exercise by breaking a sweat.

👉🏽 Next time you tie up those tennis shoes---make sure you SWEAT when you're hitting the trails, the bike seat, the gym, the water or whatever type of exercise you choose, and thank your friend for being there for you!
