Corrective Exercise may be the answer you are looking for.  A Corrective exercise session includes a comprehensive structural joint assessment from head to toe, foam rolling instruction, corrective exercises along with static healing stretches.  If necessary, the release of trapped emotions, along with the removal of any belief systems keeping the injury from healing may also be a part of the session. 


This all inclusive approach of incorporating the mind, body and spirit has been proven every time to work.  Allowing the mind, body and spirit to work together is a game changer.
