16 day Mindfulness Challenge


I would like to extend this invitation to join my Mindfulness challenge! It starts today and accompanies a detox from sugar, processed foods, caffeine, dairy, alcohol and grains.


It's a GREAT time to be mindful about EVERYTHING including what we put in our mouths. Being mindful brings us into the present moment and not living in the future or dwelling on the past.


This comes at a very poignant time because this Sunday (September 25th) is New Moon in Libra. What a perfect opportunity to plant the seeds of what we want to create in 6 months from now.


So--I hope you'll join me in this fun venture for the next 16 days!
