Astro Blast Zoom success

A sincere thank you to all of you who made it to the Astro Blast offering on Sunday during the New Moon in Gemini. I can't tell you just how much it filled MY cup! Lately, I've been really feeling the nudge to write, share, communicate and be of service in any way I can. It's been cathartic, revolutionary, and a game changer for me.

I guess that we have to be our own best friend first and foremost. Speak kindly to ourselves as we would to others. Sometimes (especially before playing pickleball) I look in the mirror and tell myself, "I am worthy, I love you, and you are smart, kind and powerful." I know it sounds silly, but I truly feel that I play better when I do that!

I remember when I did my first mirror work exercise...I cried. It was such an emotional experience. I surprised myself with the tears. I mean, come on--I'm looking at myself, like REALLY looking myself in the eyes speaking love words to myself. It was quite a tearjerker. It made me realize just how much I DON'T speak kindly to myself. Crazy, I know.

Anywho, back to the good stuff. The zoom call opened up hearts and minds regardless of who was in the hot seat. I think everyone took something away from the night. We did card draws and a dice roll that was spot on. My cup was so full, I want to share another ASTRO BLAST opportunity this Sunday, June 21st for the Summer Solstice! Different time, same place. Let's meet at 6:30 pm (mst). SO excited!
