Nature is so beautiful, so perfect. I love all the colors and offerings spring brings. It's hard to believe these amazing rocks lie together making a puzzle of pieces that fit together like magic. I love to take it all in when I hit the trails on a hike.
It's easy to get swept up in life and forget to BREATHE, to take a moment to behold nature and all the beauty it holds.
Nature also heals. It heals our mind, body and soul if we just take a moment to pause and breathe it in. Why is it so hard to take a moment?
Why do we live from sun up to sun down racing around chasing our tails? What benefit do we get from doing that? Stress? Money? Sleeplessness? Weight gain?
When do we slow down and take time to smell the roses? When the cost outweighs the benefit?
That's typically when it happens...when it's too late. Let's breathe, let's smell the flowers, and rejuvenate our mind, body and soul.
