I gotta tell you...this is LIVING! My boards are getting better and better. Take a look at what clean living can do for you. All it takes is a 'little' prep (and I mean VERY little) and some creativity.

* Olives

*Tuscan crisps

*Rice crackers

*Plums

*Salami (nitrate, nitrite free)

*Smoked goat cheese

*Artichokes

*Bell peppers

*Cherry tomatoes
