Eat ice cream, enjoy every bite and DON'T beat yourself up over it.
That's my rock star advice for today. I speak from experience only. I used to eat "stuff" that made me feel guilty all the time. Until I quit mindlessly eating.
Here's the thing...if you're gonna eat it, you made the CONSCIOUS decision to do so. You might as well enjoy it.
If you are unconsciously eating "stuff" then snap out of your slumber and ask: "will eating this get me closer or further away from my goals?" That question brings you into the PRESENT moment and makes you CONSIOUSLY aware of what you're doing--then you can make an informed decision of whether or not to eat it.
