I picked up this little gem at Spiceandtea.com in Bozeman! (You can order online even) and whipped up an amazing HEALTHY smoothie. You can't ignore the health benefits of ginger AND Turmeric mixed together right? SUPER yum!


Here's what I did:


1/4 cup steeped tea (pick your fav)

2 scoops of Collagen protein powder (or whey, pea protein powder)

1/2 banana

1 T. peanut butter

1 handful of greens

1 tsp. vanilla

BLEND!


You'll be powered up for hours with this POWER smoothie!
