👋🏼Goodbye 2025...

We've come a long way baby!

🫨It's hard to believe another year has come and gone, and when I look back to 2013, it's even harder. My life has changed SO much since then. In 2013, I was still a newlywed, teaching group exercise classes at the church while working at BCBS, personal training out of my home, my daughter was still in high school, and my son was married to his first wife living on base housing in Shreveport, LA.

Now--I'm retired from the fitness world, became a Mystic Astrologer, ThetaHealer, and Reiki Master, my daughter is married, lives in Florida and has a 1 yr. old little boy. My son is married to his second wife has a 3 yr. old boy and a 1 yr. old girl and lives in Minot, ND. My world couldn't BE any different! Looking back, I looked like a little baby! HA!

I know 2025 has been a rough year for a LOT of people. Would I say the same for me? Yah, in some ways, it really has. But in others, I say THANK YOU for all it has taught me. Thank you for the hard lessons, and of course the easy ones. Thank you for my health, my family and my friends. I'm ready to close the book on 2025 and open a NEW one in 2026. Will you be a part of my book? I am already putting together all my little intentions. I'm happy to share this guide I created.
