Happy New Moon in Cancer

As we welcome in the New Moon in Cancer June 25th at 4:31 pm, we take pause to dive into what nurtures us and those whom we love. Cancer energy feels like motherly love. It's a great time to come home to ourselves, make our homes comfy and show ourselves and others some love.

♋Cancer is ruled by the moon and is a water sign. The moon being connected to the tides of the ocean shows us how to 'go with the flow'. It shows us the ebbs and flows of life. This is a great time to ask: What do we need to let go of? Where do we need to go with the flow?

♋ Cancer governs the stomach, mucosa, breasts, womb and ovaries. It's primarily associated with the Heart Chakra. If we are feeling blocked in any of these areas, it's time to go with the flow. Feeling into what it is we're trying to control or where we're breaking our boundaries allows us to move these blocks. Yoga, breathwork, and Qi Gong, are all great ways to move energy.
