You CAN actually go out and eat healthy! HOW you say?
Look for a dish that has these three things:
1) Protein (egg white omelet)
2) Veggies (roasted veggies inside AND fresh on the plate)
3) Healthy fat (olive oil on the veggies)
If you are watching your starchy carb intake, hold the roasted spuds and bread and skip the huckleberry jam.
If you are watching your calories, skip the mimosa's, bloody mary's, latte's and go for herbal tea.
