We kick off this SATURDAY, November 1st with an intro to EFT tapping link. Each day there will be a different link alternating between EFT tapping, Breathwork and Meditation practices. Simply click on the link, complete the practice and keep track on a hard copy calendar for 40 days. On December 10th, turn in your days completed. You just MIGHT be a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place prize winner! 🥳
