Push up challenge!
So, if you've been following me, you KNOW I/we started a 100 day Pushup Challenge! It started Friday April 1 (this is not an April Fool's day joke). 😯
It goes like this: day 1, 1 pushup, day 2, 2 pushups, day 3, 3 pushups....etc. til day 100, 100 pushups!! Whew!! BTW it's not too late to join in. Can't make up days, but you sure can jump in at any time. Today is day 4! Get 'em done!
Wondering what "my" trick to getting anything done is? And this is a GREAT tip for ANYTHING that you like to avoid, procrastinate, put off etc.
👉 Here's my trick: GET IT DONE FIRST THING IN THE MORNING!
It's literally that simple. I just want to knock it out early. The earlier the better. Avoidance only makes the task worse the longer I put it off, and then I'm more likely to NOT do it.
