The Crystal Grotto is located in the Mii Amo spa at the Enchantment Resort. I was fortunate enough to go there daily for 3 days while staying there.
What's so cool about it?
It's a sacred space inspired by a Native American Kiva; a place of ceremony ritual and traditions.
Before going in there, write down an intention or worry you want to release then walk clockwise in a circle and sit below one of the 4 crystals above the sitting area. The 4 crystals represent north, south east and west. Burn the intention at the end of the day.
The beauty of it is, you don't have to go to a Crystal Grotto to practice this. You can write down an intention in your own home and place it in a basket, sit quiet in a soft and gentle space, meditate on it and then burn it at the end of the day.
Take 3 deep breaths into your belly. Relax your shoulders and your jaw and let any worry fall away!
