Flipping a tire back and forth for 1 minute as many times as you can all by yourself is....well, SO HARD! It's exhausting. It reminds me of living life alone never asking for help. Although you keep telling yourself "I can do it!" "I can do it!" you DO! But it's hard, and the difference is it's over in one minute!
Our life journey is not over in 1 minute....
