Transformation Tuesday!


They just keep coming! I could share DAILY about my clients wins and transformations!! WHY? Because they are SOOOOO inspiring! When Janet came to me, she had literally hit rock bottom. She had tried every program, diet, workout etc. to lose weight and while she had success, she always gained the weight back. You see, with all the cool programs, diets and workouts out there NONE of them address mindset. You can follow the perfect plan, but without the perfect mindset--none of it is sustainable. Four weeks. Just four ... short ... weeks. That’s all it took to turn things around for me. I went from despair to hope, from not knowing where to start to action, from negative thinking and obstacles to knowledge and welcome-challenges. This has been a month of learning, growth and self-discovery. My biggest takeaway? MINDSET! That’s all it is. There’s no fast, easy way to good health and fitness - it takes hard work, discipline, and a clear mindset.

I am down 29 pounds and several inches at exactly four weeks. My blood sugar has dropped to within normal range (80-120) after months in the high 160s and sometimes beyond. My frequent headaches have mostly subsided. I am not as tired/sluggish and I am accountable. I finally feel in control.

Even though it’s early in my journey, the changes I’ve experienced in just a short time have created a total shift in my mindset. And as a result, I now look forward to this process - the one that I dreaded and thought would take forever - because I have proven to myself that I can do it!! ❤️💪🔥 #focused #determined #goals
