Want s'more?


Yep! That's me eating a s'more! Dang those are good!


I don't do it often, but I DO indulge once in awhile because why? Because it's about living in reality!


We live in a real world with celebrations, parties, extra curricular events, weddings, funerals, family reunions etc.


We HAVE to indulge once in awhile right? The problem is when we indulge all the time consistently.


I like to talk about the 80/20 rule. Honestly, if we all lived by this simple rule, indulging would be a special treat more than the norm.


If we ate clean 80% of the time CONSISTENTLY (that's the key word here), then we could indulge 20% of the time without too many consequences.


So what does that look like?


2 rules of thumb:


1) if you are at your goal weight you can have your indulgence 1 day a week.

2) if you are NOT at your goal weight you can have your indulgence 1 day a month.


Remember: that's if you consistently eat clean 80% of the time!
