If you know me, you know I preach SELF CARE.. vacationing, playing, laughing, loving are all a part of that. But what happens if you can't "get away"?
🎈So many things play into self care that include: taking a bath, reading a book, disconnecting from technology, listen to soft music, meditate, drink water, take a nap, put your feet in the grass, take a nature walk. The list is endless--but what doesn't change is the fact that it is a necessity.

🎆Dancing is a GREAT way to decrease cortisol and increase dopamine!
🎆Drinking water is a GREAT way to increase hydration which brains and muscles need to function.
