Welcome Summer 🤗 How I've missed you!

Hiked up Head Lane in the Scratch Gravels and found myself some treasures to add to my Summer Solstice altar. Gosh it was just the perfect weather, the perfect scenary and the perfect time of day to get outside and breathe in the fresh air. I really tried to be present and acknowledge all the beauty around me. It's funny how easily we are pulled off track and distracted from what really matters and that is being present.

Today marks the official beginning of summer and Cancer season. I can literally feel the switch. Cancer season is all about nurturing self and nurturing others with healthy boundaries. As a double Libra, I have to remind myself it's ok to say NO! Cancer, Libra and Pisces are 3 of the zodiac signs that find this a challenge the most. So I'm here to tell you: IT'S OK TO SAY NO! Listen to your body, check in and if it doesn't feel right or good, then it's not for you! BOOM! Done, end of story. It's that simple right? haha
