Workout Wednesday


If you're playing along with my January RESET calendar, then you KNOW how much I talk about WALKING daily. And of course with that being said: "Get those 10,000 steps in"


It doesn't matter if you spread it out, in fact, that's even better. The worst thing you can do is SIT on your butt. Get up and MOVE that body!


The lungs will appreciate it, your muscles will appreciate it, but more than anything your MIND will REALLY appreciate it!
