This might ruffle some feathers....so, sorry- not sorry if it does. I speak truth.
You are what you do, you are what you think, you are who you hang around with.
Let me explain further....
If you sit on the couch, watch tv, and snack on junk food and don't workout, you become what you do. If you think you are fat and believe that you will always be fat, then you become what you think. If you hang around people who eat fast food, drink too much alcohol and don't respect their health, you become who you hang around with.
Nothing is harder to hear than this. NOTHING!
If you're not happy with your life and where it's at right now, take an assessment of these things: what you DO, what you THINK and who you hang around with.
I can guarantee you will be able to see some changes you could make.
If you workout daily and meal prep, you become what you do. If you think you are strong, vibrant and healthy, you become what you think. If you hang out with people who make their health a priority, you become who you hang out with.
Remember: what you do in private shows in public.
