You can't out exercise a bad diet? WHAT??
You've probably heard this a time or two, or maybe not, but it's true. No matter how many hours you put in at the gym, if your diet's not on point you will just spin your wheels or maybe even go backwards. Memorize this equation:
Exercise + clean eating = body transformation
It's that simple. I know it might not seem simple when you're so far off track, but it just takes a little tweaking.
*Exercise at least 45 minutes 5 days/week
*Eat vegetables with every meal
*Limit or avoid processed food (that includes all white flour, white sugar)
*Don't overeat
*Don't under eat
*EAT PROTEIN
*EAT FAT
*Limit or avoid dairy
