Chicken Caprese Salad




As they say easy peasy, lemon squeezy! You gotta try this great summer 4th of July dish....so delish! CHECK IT OUT!

  • INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

  • 6 cups chopped Romaine lettuce

  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced

  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella balls

  • 1/4 cup black olives

  • 1/4 cup sliced basil leaves

  • Balsamic Vinaigrette


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place the chopped lettuce into a large serving bowl. Top with chicken, avocado, grape tomatoes, Mozzarella, black olives, and basil making rows of each ingredient.

  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
