Getting out in nature, I get to see some of the most INCREDIBLE things. Things I can't explain, things that are beautiful beyond reason and defy comprehension at it's simplest levels.
While out hiking the scratch gravels before the snow took over, I came across this amazing moss covered tree. There was only one area that moss was everywhere, it grew on the rocks, the ground, and logs, but the section was small.
It was incredibly green and fairy tale like. I kept waiting for the fairies and gnomes to come out from behind the tree and talk to me. These are the moments gratitude is made from. I couldn't help but think how fortunate I am to live here and to be able to hike and move my body. How fortunate I am to be able to see, hear and process the beauty I'm taking in.
So, here's my gratitude post for the day! THANK YOU FOR THIS DAY, this moment in time where time stood still.
