Yesterday was my 62nd birthday. I told Jeff not to buy cake. So he bought a pitcher, a card and 3 smoothies to fill the pitcher. This morning my weight was at a new low. Pretty good method. I am so thankful for this program. I wanted to go into retirement improving now that time is not an excuse. My weight, strength, mindset, hydration and sleep have all improved because of Anneliese's program and this tribe!
