Tasty Tuesday


There's nothing better on a hot day than a fresh Huckleberry smoothie. I love smoothies after a hard workout. I always have frozen hucks on hand for occasions just like this. Check out this easy recipe:


Huckleberry Smoothie


8 oz. Almond milk

1 c. frozen huckleberries

1 small banana

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1 T. lemon oil

1/2 c. oats


Blend and enjoy!
