I couldn't have hiked 19.5 miles yesterday if I hadn't been though Anneliese's training program.
"This is our beautiful "baby", our adopted trail loop! Yesterday we hiked the full length in a day and did trail maintenance along the way. Good thing it was Summer Solstice - we needed every minute before dark - total hike was 11.5 hrs. 63,656 steps!
