đŻ The Health and Wellness fair was AMAZING! THANK YOU to all who attended! Sunday, March 20th was magical in all ways. We had a great turn out. Over 15 vendors participated in delivering their gifts to the masses.
Force Fitness did not disappoint! We provided body composition tests AND the BRAND new Self-care card decks! Above all---it was fun to network, get out and meet new souls looking to improve their lives. đ

In a nut shell...it's a GREAT way to ask your BODY what it needs JUST for the day. Sometimes we just don't KNOW what we need to do for ourselves. Using the Self-care card deck is a great way to connect to your body. Simply shuffle the deck putting your energy into it and ask in your head "What does my body need just for today?"
