Transformation Tuesday! 💪

Everyone thinks it’s about the weight lost or the inches lost or the pant sizes dropped. But it’s not about that. It’s about the why.
Why is your weight up, why can’t you lose the inches, why does your pants size keep creeping up. Why do you want to lose the weight.
I’ve struggled with my weight most of my life. But it was never really about the weight. I mean it was, but it wasn’t. It was more about the why. That is what Anneliese has helped me  with. Yes, I lost a lot of pounds, and yes I lost a lot of inches, but more importantly I learned more about why I gained them in the first place and why it was so hard to get rid of them. I learned more about me and what drives me or doesn’t drive me to be or stay motivated. Do I have it all figured out? Nope, not even close. I struggle every day. But, now I have the basics and I know how to restart and have the tools to begin again whenever I need. I know where to look for hope, for motivation and for encouragement. I know there are people that struggle like me, which is huge, to feel like you’re not alone. I have all the tools, resources and knowledge from Anneliese’s years of experience. And, that has made all the difference. I feel like I have my spark back, and  if I lose it, I feel like I know where and how to find it again. Without hope; we have nothing. So, thank you Anneliese for helping me find my hope, find my meaning and find me again.

Like I always say---you can have the perfect nutrition plan, the perfect workout plan but if you don't have the right mindset, none of that matters! 😘
