The first picture is one year ago and the second is just this week. I have been working on my weight for a couple years. I finally can show the difference of fifty pounds. I thank Fit Force and determination plus vivid increased my weight loss by thirty pounds in January. Not the way I wanted but I will take it. It definitely jumped started my loss and encouraged me to continue plus my recovery from vivid. I am wearing clothes I haven't for several years. Happy 4th everyone.
