💥When you workout you need to BRING IT!
I mean really give it your all to get all you came for out of it.
👉How many times do you say to yourself "I'm not feeling it today" and then you finish the workout feeling like a million bucks?
The day that we just aren't "feeling it" are the days we need it the most. Do NOT be confused with your "body" not feeling it.
😰If you are sick, too sore, fatigued, exhausted, dehydrated--LISTEN to your body cues. What is your body trying to tell you? Those are the days when you take a rest day, or a recovery workout day....
Bottom line: LISTEN TO YOUR BODY, not your head!
